Each class elects two School Councillors each year to represent their class at the half termly School Council meetings.
The children discuss a variety of issues and topics in class and the School Councillors then bring the classes' ideas to the meeting. Topics that have been discussed recently are how to make break times even better and how to save energy and not be wasteful.
Each term, School Council representatives from each school meet at the Super School Council to discuss issues that relate to all the schools and our local community. At a recent meeting the school agreed a code of conduct for all our inter-school sporting events. The Super School Council also went to Westiminster to visit the Houses of Parliament and take part in a workshop on democracy.
